Saul Vasquez, Bismarck High School graduate, received one of five ARKTESOL scholarships awarded this year. In addition to earning the Arkansas Seal of Biliteracy, Saul has earned several other scholarships and is headed to Henderson State University as a member of the marching band. He plans to study optometry. ¡Felicidades, Saul!
