Parents as Teachers recently hosted a Food Allergy 101 workshop and food demonstration for our PAT families! 🥗🍎 Ashley Goings and her wonderful helper shared important information about food allergy awareness, recognizing allergic reactions, and safe food preparation practices. Participants also enjoyed a hands-on food demonstration featuring allergy-friendly meal ideas and healthy recipes.
